Is there a store? Can I buy on the spot?
Ans:
We have limited walk-in items every Friday – Sunday.
Only specific flavors are available (first-come, first-served).

I cannot choose Monday in checkout.
Ans:
We are closed on Monday. If you really want it, you can place an order on Sunday and pickup it on Monday, but the cake will be produced together with Sunday’s orders.
Normally, cakes can be kept 3 days, but there are some flavours (Oreo/Lotus), the biscuit topping might turn a bit moist.
**If you don’t mind**
You can choose Sunday and WhatsApp us that you want to pickup on Monday!

Website shows all the available flavors.
No, you cannot add extra money for it, I know it’s so yummy, but no, you cannot buy it if it is not listed in the website.

Website shows all the pricing and sizes. Please order through our website, do not order in Whatsapp/Other platform.

Is the cheesecake texture similar to New York Cheesecake?
Ans:
All our cheesecake are baked. It is softer and creamier than New York Cheesecake, but not melty lava.

Can I keep the cakes/solocans in room temperature more than one hour?
Ans:
No, Please put the cake/solocans into fridge within one hour.

Can I have a shorter delivery range?
Ans:
Default delivery time is 3-hour time period,
Drivers are unable to provide shorter ranges.
If you would like to have a delivery time period different from the default period.

Do I need to prepare my own icebag?
Ans:
We will provide free Icebag and icepacks.
But if you are an environmentalist, feel free to prepare your own, and tell pickup point that you do not need it.
