Lemon Yuzu Cheesecake

What?! They’ve come out with a new flavor again, trying to make us broke?

That’s right, we are announcing a new flavor again, but this time it’s not a limited edition; it will join our permanent lineup.

Introducing the new Lemon Yuzu Cheesecake, focusing on a fresh and tangy taste like our Blueberry flavor. The Lemon Yuzu has a sweet and sour taste, refreshing and appetizing.

We’ve used our newly created homemade crust, which is fragrant and crunchy. The middle layer is our signature Cheesecake. On top, we’ve added a layer of Home-Made Lemon Yuzu Smooth Jelly, then covered it with our signature cream layer. Finally, it’s topped with our House-Made Lemon Yuzu Sauce.

If you pay attention, you’ll notice that three of the layers are homemade. The reason for this is to ensure we have 100% control over the taste and texture, allowing us to finely tune the perfect balance.

Carefully crafted five layers, delivers a perfect experience in a single bite.
