Crafted with our Signature House-Made Salted Egg Sauce, it is built on a Pork Floss Crispy Butter Crust, with a rich Salted Egg Cheesecake Layer, sandwiching a Layer of Molten Salted Egg Custard to recreate that Classic Mooncake Experience.

End with Cheesy’s Signature Whipped Cream, topped with another Layer of our House-Made Salted Egg Sauce, and finally, perfected with Seared Mozzarella, completing this culinary masterpiece//
